Returnable Products
- Opened products: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened.
- We cannot accept returns on multiple items purchased because we don't know the storage conditions and these items cannot be resold.
- Expired products: Return requests are accepted for products that have passed their expiration date. You must notify us within 14 days
- Manufacturer-related issues: If there is a manufacturer-related issue with the products, you can contact our customer support within 7 days of your order delivery date to initiate a return.
- Damaged and opened products: Returns of damaged or opened products are accepted only if a damage report is filed with the shipping company upon delivery. This clause is not valid if you do not file a report stating that your package was damaged, torn, or damaged upon delivery.

- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Shipping fees paid by the customer will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund and Product Exchange
Upon approval of return requests, the refund process will be completed after the returned items are inspected. The completion time for the refund may vary depending on bank processing times and the payment method. For payments made by credit card, the refund amount will be credited to your credit card account. The credit card commission fee will be deducted from the refund.
For all products eligible for return under all terms and conditions, in case of product exchange requests, once the exchanged product is sent to us, the necessary arrangements will be made the day after receipt, and the customer will be refunded the shipping cost deducted, or the new product will be shipped free of charge. For orders outside of Turkey, no exchanges or returns can ever be made without deducting the shipping costs!
