You feel quite full thanks to the tea. Don't neglect snacks; be sure to include fruit, yogurt, or salad. Drink water whenever you get the chance; you'll feel the need for water anyway. I did half an hour of Zumba from a YouTube channel, choosing the one that suited me. I drank my tea around 6-6:30 in the evening, waited 30-40 minutes, and then ate my meal. I didn't restrict myself beyond white bread; as long as you don't eat pastries every single day, there's no problem. But instead of drinking 5 cups of brewed tea, try alternating between one cup of water and one cup of tea, because you need to increase your water intake. For those who say they can't drink water, try drinking lukewarm water; lukewarm water is both beneficial and easier to drink than cold water (until you get used to it, of course). I lost 7 kilos in a month, and if you lose weight slowly towards the end of the month, don't worry, because worrying will make it even harder to lose weight. Get rid of the "I can't lose weight" mentality; this tea is really good. But it does cause weakness, so if you want your blood pressure to stay stable, eat well at mealtimes.

For those who say they can't drink water, try drinking lukewarm water; lukewarm water is both beneficial and easier to drink than cold water (until you get used to it, of course). I lost 7 kilos in a month, and if you lose weight slowly towards the end of the month, don't worry, because worrying will make it even harder to lose weight. Get rid of the "I can't lose weight" mentality; this tea is really good. But it does cause weakness, so if you want your blood pressure to stay stable, eat well at mealtimes.
