I've been using the product for two days; I normally thought I'd see results after a week, but it had a noticeable effect on the very first day. Even though I drank about five liters of water, I was still thirsty before bed. Most of my edema disappeared on the first day. I already pay attention to what I eat in my daily life, but I try to control myself. On the first day of using the product, I had a serious loss of appetite, and I ate because I felt I had to. After I started eating, my appetite returned somewhat, but I didn't feel as full as before when I finished. Either from the amount of water I drank or directly from the product, my blood pressure dropped a little.
