  Cargo Companies and Delivery Times

  We ship our products worldwide via reliable shipping companies such as FEDEX or UPS. Delivery times generally vary between 1 and 3 business days. It may take 2-4 working days depending on remote area countries. It is stated on the product page how many days it will take to reach your country. However, please note that it may vary depending on customs procedures and country. We ship on the same day. Your cargo tracking number appears when your cargo reaches the agency and is transferred to the plane. and it will be emailed to you. If you have not received a cargo tracking number in your e-mail, you may have entered the wrong e-mail and please try to log in to the system or send us an e-mail stating your name, surname and order date. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and you are responsible for tracking your cargo throughout the delivery time using your cargo tracking number.

For European countries and the UK, we make shipments by entering tax identification numbers (IOSS) to facilitate customs clearance, and VAT number for the UK.
